THE YOUTH FORUM FOR DEMOCRACY AND CITIZENSHIP believes in equipping, enabling and inspiring young people  like you to make your business idea a reality. Through the ADAF programme, we nurture a network of entrepreneurs and mentors, where the power of ideas and resources inspire impact and growth.

Course will include a variety of pedagogical approaches, including:

  • Trainings to provide the theoretical concepts (at the MAC)
  • Small group working to allow the participants to reflect on their own experiences, roles and skills (at the MAC)

Group case work – participants working on research/technology -based cases and presenting in plenary (at The Spot – Coworking)

Guest lectures from institutions supporting entrepreneurship and innovation in Morocco (at the MAC)

Day to day mentorship at The Spot Coworking Space (at The Spot – Coworking)

Administrative and legal support and mentorship

Technical digital mentorship (at The Spot – Co- working)

  1. How much does the workshop cost?

ADAF PROJECT does not charge for the whole programme. Selected participants will have free access to THE SPOT-COWORKING SPACE to work on their projects, also can attend all trainings and benefit from all the project daily mentorship.

  1. What is my role as a participant in the programme?

Participants must commit to the key milestones of the programme to what serves their projects and growth.

  1. Do I need a registered business to apply?

NO ! We are looking for young people from Marrakech looking to develop their enterprise. We are interested to know more about your social enterprise idea but you do not need to have an incorporated/registered social enterprise before applying. As long as you have a viable idea, we want to hear from you.

  1. Is there a specific industry for this programme?

No, we welcome ideas for all industries, just in respect of the selection criteria : originality and innovation is a must.

  1. English is not my first language, is that gonna block my progress with the programme?

We are here to assist and help you grow, consider this as your first step towards learning this language too; and no worries the trainings will be in arabic, french and english.

  1. Who is eligible to apply?

The ADAF programme is open to business idea holders, based in Marrakech aged 19 to 29 years old.

  1. How is the selection will be processed ?

Applications will be reviewed by an external committee comprising of business professionals and practitioners, so that both the business and social impact of your idea will be assessed.

  1. What happens after the selection?

Shortlisted participants will be announced two days after the application closes and will progress to the next components of the ADAF journey which comprises the pitching competition where 40 people will present their ideas on panel ( AT THE SPOT ) in front of the selection committee. the selected projects will be announced at the same day.

All ADAF participants will become our ADAF Alumni. We will continue to support you through other resources and activities such as business networking events both in Marrakech and where our partners are.
